1. Acceptance
By downloading, installing or using the Livetiming Medley Reader (the "app"), you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
2. Licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or reverse engineer the app except as permitted by law.
3. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights in the app belong to Tor Inge Vik or licensed rightsholders. Ownership remains with the rightsholders.
4. Third-party data
The app may display data from third parties, including the Norwegian Swimming Federation (NSF). We make reasonable efforts to display data correctly but cannot guarantee accuracy and accept no liability for third-party data.
5. Payments
Purchases or subscriptions are handled by Apple/App Store. For payment questions, contact Apple.
6. Liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Consumer statutory rights remain unaffected.
7. Limitation of liability
Our total liability to you is limited to the amount paid for the app or subscription in the last 12 months, where applicable.
8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the app or breach of these terms.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the app for breach of terms. On termination you must delete the app from your devices.
10. Changes
We may amend these terms; changes are effective when posted with an updated "Last updated" date.

12. Governing law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Disputes are subject to the courts with Oslo District Court as venue unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise.
