Livetiming Medley Reader – Delete account and data

This page applies to the Livetiming Medley Reader app for Android and iOS, developed by VikFam AS (Norwegian org. no. 925 181 242).

Do you have an account?

You only have an account if you have signed in with Google or Apple to sync favourite swimmers between devices. If you use the app without signing in, there is no account to delete. See Data without an account below.

How to request deletion

Send an email to tivik@online.no with the subject "Delete account – Livetiming Medley Reader".
Include the email address you signed in with, and whether you used Google or Apple. If you chose "Hide My Email" with Apple, you can find the relay address in your Apple ID settings under "Sign in with Apple".
We delete the account and confirm by email as soon as it is done, within 30 days at the latest.

What is deleted

Your user account in our sign-in service, with user ID and email address.
Favourite swimmers stored on our server.

What is not deleted

Your subscription. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it in Google Play or the App Store. Your purchase history is held by Google or Apple.
Technical data. Usage statistics, crash reports and server logs are linked to random app IDs, not to your account, and are deleted automatically after up to 12 months.

Data without an account

Push notifications: Turn off notifications in the app to remove the registration, or uninstall the app.
App IDs: Uninstall the app to remove them from your phone. If you reinstall, the app gets new IDs.
