What we collect
The app does not collect personally identifying information. We may collect anonymized technical data and crash logs to diagnose and fix issues. These may include app version, error messages and anonymized device information, but not names, email addresses or other identifiers that can be tied to an individual.
Subscriptions & purchases
All payments and subscription management are handled by Apple (App Store). Questions about purchases, receipts or refunds should be directed to Apple and are subject to Apple's privacy policies. We do not receive personal payment information from Apple.
Purpose & legal basis
We use anonymized data to improve app stability, fix bugs and analyse performance. Where applicable, processing is based on our legitimate interests (improvement and security). If we process personal data on another legal basis (for example, consent), we will inform you separately.
Retention
Anonymized crash logs and diagnostic data are retained for up to 12 months unless longer retention is required for legal reasons or long-term debugging.
Data sharing
We may share anonymized diagnostics with third-party service providers such as hosting or analytics providers. Apple handles payment transactions. If you want details about third parties we use, contact mail@toringevik.no.
Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of personal data we process about you, and object to processing where applicable. Contact mail@toringevik.no. Complaints can be filed with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
Children
The app is not aimed at young children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data without parental consent, contact us and we will remove it.
International transfers
Some third-party providers may store data outside the EU/EEA. Appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses) will be used where necessary.
